Processing & Delivery
Every Golden Nectar order is packed with care and intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and shipment. Because each mystery box is curated personally for you, we take the time to make sure it's done right. Thank you for your patience — it truly matters to us.
Shipping Advisory
Warm Weather Shipping
We want your Golden Nectar products to arrive in perfect condition. During warmer months (May–September), whipped body butters, lip balms, and deodorants may be affected by heat during transit, particularly for orders shipping to or through warmer regions of the US.
To protect your order we recommend the following:
- Orders containing body butters, lip balms, or deodorants ship Monday–Wednesday only, ensuring packages are not held in warm facilities or delivery vehicles over the weekend.
- We use insulated packaging and include a heat advisory label on all applicable orders during summer months.
- If temperatures in your area are expected to exceed 80°F at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option to minimize transit time.
Once an order leaves our facility, we are unable to control temperature conditions during transit or at your delivery location. Golden Nectar is not responsible for melting or texture changes that occur due to heat exposure after shipment. If you have concerns about your delivery conditions, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final at this time. Because every Golden Nectar mystery box is handpicked and curated specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We encourage you to use the preference fields when ordering to share your scent preferences, desired items, allergies, or any special notes — the more you tell us, the better we can make your box. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.

Every box is a curated mystery — that's the magic of it. What we can guarantee is that every single box includes at least one of our signature handcrafted body butters. Beyond that, your box will be filled with a thoughtful selection of Golden Nectar products chosen based on your preferences.
- The Golden Box ($30) includes 3–4 handpicked items.
- The Golden Treasure Box ($50) includes 6–8 handpicked items.
No two boxes are exactly alike. Each one is assembled with the same love and care that has gone into every Golden Nectar product from the very beginning.

Can I Request Specific Items or Scents?
Absolutely — and we encourage it! When you add a box to your cart, you'll have the option to:
- Select a scent preference from our available collection.
- Check off any specific product types you'd love to receive.
- Leave a personal note with anything else we should know — allergies, skin type, scents to avoid, or gifting details.
We'll do our best to honor every request based on available inventory. The more you share, the more personalized your box will be.
